Processing takes up to 10-14 days and shipping takes 2-4 weeks. Once you have placed an order it will take up to 16 days to receive your package. Within those days you will receive a tracking number of your orders. Please make sure to check ALL EMAILS before reaching out to us. When shopping with us this policy is now applied and you are agreeing to this. We do not accept cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges, NO exceptions whatsoever. Please notify us within 24 hours, if purchased wrong size. Afterwards we are not responsible for any adjustments to ANY order. 

We are not responsible for any packages stolen or lost. Some items will come with boxes  that have dents or damaged, we do apologize for any inconvenience. This is also due to shipping and is out of our control. All of the sizing/fitting is described under each product. Feel free to reach out to us for any help choosing the right size. We also are to inform that we do not get an exact eta available, once we send a tracking there are no updates from us and it is your responsibility to track your order. Contact us for any abnormalities occur to your tracking. ALL SALES FINAL
